The Hospital Sitters (THS) is a service of Sharp Home Care. Working hand in hand, they provide seamless care for clients in the hospital and at home. If a THS client requires additional support after leaving the hospital, their hospital sitter can continue to provide care in the comfort of the client’s home. Since both THS and Sharp Home Care employ the same team of highly qualified caregivers—CNAs (Certified Nurse Aids) and PCAs (Personal Care Assistants)—the transition from hospital to home is smooth and straightforward. This ensures clients receive consistent, trusted care from the same caregivers they and their families already rely on.
